You will depart on Air Canada at 10:45am, arriving in Kamloops by 9:22am the same day (the magic of time zone), where you will be transferred to your hotel in Sun Peaks.

Depart Kamloops at 6.10pm and arrive back in Brisbane on Wednesday 11th of February at 8.40am.

Note that the $4699 base package price does not include ski lift passes, however university students with a valid student ID are eligible to purchase an Ikon Pass using the UQ Ski discount. We recommend the Ikon Base Pass, which provides 5 days skiing access at Sun Peaks and 5 days at Revelstoke.
Ikon passes must be purchased separately to this package but are significantly discounted with the UQ Ski deal. Note that the Ikon Pass prices are listed in USD. Purchasing an Ikon Pass is more cost effective than purchasing individual lift passes for this trip, hence why it is not included in the total package price.

Sun Peaks Resort is a 45-minute drive away from Kamloops, BC, Canada. Cahilty Lodge was the first hotel to be built in the resort when the resorts intentions were limited to winter-time activities only. This meaning it was, and still is the place to stay for a village central location!
All of our rooms have TV, coffee maker, kettle, complimentary coffee & tea, alarm clock, full bathroom with heated tile floor, hair dryer. Kitchens are available in most of our rooms, and we also have a secure storage room for your sports equipment. We clearly understand what it takes to make your vacations in Sun Peaks more pleasurable— and it helps to be surrounded by spectacular mountain views and only steps away from all the delightful ambience of Sun Peaks Village and it’s amazing shops and restaurants. We have a limited number of pet friendly rooms in the Lodge. There is free WiFi available throughout the hotel.

These rooms feature plush beds with premium linens, ensuring a comfortable night’s sleep, as well as a spacious seating area where you can catch up with your crew. Each room also includes Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a coffee maker, a mini-fridge, and parking.
Buyers should be aware that the initial deposit of $389 for this trip is a non-refundable deposit (besides as indicated below), any payments a customer has made after this is fully refundable upon request of cancellation and incurs no cancellation fee. In this event please contact the UQ Ski through our email or Facebook page as we can and have in the past, offered other solutions to club trippers.
In the event of a trip cancellation due to COVID-19 restrictions, all receipt holders will be given a full refund less a $100 fee (includes a $25 fee from NZ Ski and any further incurred non-refundable expenses such as merch).
COVID-19 restrictions include the trip’s own travel restrictions, Brisbane lockdown, Queenstown lockdown and the condition of quarantine that affects further travel plans. This does not include personal quarantine due to prior travel/restrictions, travel restriction outside of Brisbane/Queenstown, self-isolation due to Covid-illness or Covid testing; such personal circumstances that do not affect the viability of the trip are not covered by our Covid refund guarantee.
