We will be departing from Brisbane international airport at 2.45pm with a short connection in Singapore and arriving in Haneda at 6.20am. ✈️

We have a private transfer to take us to our accommodation in Hakuba at the Hakuba Deer Lodge 🏨
Once we have checked in, we’ll collect our ski gear and get ready for the ski week ahead 🎿

Today we depart from Hakuba for Tokyo. 🚌 Our private transfer will take us to our accommodation in Tokyo at the Shinjuku Washington Hotel. 🏨

We will be hopping on a private airport transfer at 1.00pm to get to our 4.40pm flight back to Brisbane. ✈️

Hakuba Deer Lodge, located by the Sakka Lifts in Wadano, offers affordable Hakuba accommodation for some of the best ski field access of any property in Hakuba, Japan.
From the front door, simply ski or board down to the lifts of Sakka which includes Hakuba One’s beginners area, kids learn to ski school and adult lessons meeting point. From the Sakka area you can catch lifts straight up the mountain or ski or board over to the gondola.
The Lodge delivers comfortable Hakuba ski accommodation through its 16 guest rooms. All rooms include authentic Japanese style tatami flooring with either Western style beds or Japanese style futons. Futons are recommended for those after a more Japanese experience.
After a great day out on the snow, relax in the lounge and bar area with other guests and talk about the amazing Hakuba powder!
Shinjuku Washington Hotel Main Hotel is a 4 star hotel conveniently located in the center of Shinjuku, one of the Tokyo’s most popular and active locales,next to the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building and close to shopping and entertainment venues. Looking up to the skyscrapers, the hotel is the ideal location to explore the delights of the city. The sophisticated environment of our three restaurants and bars makes it the best place to dine for two, family, friends, business associates or organizations to gather and celebrate.
Buyers should be aware that the initial deposit of $389 for this trip is a non-refundable deposit (besides as indicated below), any payments a customer has made after this is fully refundable upon request of cancellation and incurs no cancellation fee. In this event please contact the UQ Ski through our email or Facebook page as we can and have in the past, offered other solutions to club trippers.
In the event of a trip cancellation due to COVID-19 restrictions, all receipt holders will be given a full refund less a $100 fee (includes a $25 fee from NZ Ski and any further incurred non-refundable expenses such as merch).
COVID-19 restrictions include the trip’s own travel restrictions, Brisbane lockdown, Queenstown lockdown and the condition of quarantine that affects further travel plans. This does not include personal quarantine due to prior travel/restrictions, travel restriction outside of Brisbane/Queenstown, self-isolation due to Covid-illness or Covid testing; such personal circumstances that do not affect the viability of the trip are not covered by our Covid refund guarantee.
